E-Glow: Safe and Skilled Riding with AA Partnership
E-Glow is committed to ensuring the safety and proficiency of our women entrepreneurs. That's why we've partnered with AA to provide best-in-class training on the proper operation of electric motorcycles. Our comprehensive program covers:
Safe Riding Techniques: Mastering the fundamentals of motorcycle operation and handling.
EV Specific Training: Understanding the unique features and operation of Spiro electric motorcycles.
Road Traffic Rules and Regulations: Ensuring compliance and promoting safe road practices.
Defensive Riding Strategies: Equipping women with the skills to anticipate and avoid potential hazards.

e-glow GBV Awareness Trainings
E-Glow, in partnership with GVRC, provides crucial Gender-Based Violence (GBV) awareness training to our women entrepreneurs. This program equips them with knowledge of their rights, empowering them to recognize, prevent, and address GBV. As they interact with their communities daily, these women become powerful champions, educating and supporting others to create a safer and more equitable society.
E-Glow's commitment to women's safety extends beyond awareness. In partnership with GVRC, we provide comprehensive training that empowers women to not only understand their rights but also to become active supporters of GBV survivors. Our program includes:
GBV Awareness Training: Equipping women with knowledge of their rights and how to identify and prevent GBV.
Survivor Support: Providing free transportation to police stations, hospitals, GVRC centers, and safe houses.
App-Based Reporting: Enabling women to report GBV cases on behalf of survivors through the E-Glow app, ensuring crucial cases are addressed.
Justice Advocacy: Following up on reported cases to ensure survivors receive the justice they deserve.
